FROZEN GRAPES!!!!!
What began as a tasty little morsel of goodness, has become the stuff of which dreams are made, with only a simple stay in the freezer overnight. Sweet and creamy in the center almost. I'll never go back.

My Paddy has gone off to the sunny Italian Alps with a motley crew of assorted (and equally barmy) boys in search of white water. By all accounts the water is low but the river are still runnable, just a bit bony. I think someones elbow has already taken the brunt of a bad drop. (the news of which did NOTHING to calm my frazzled nerves...)
I'm over on friday for the easy part of the trip, wine drinking and cheese eating. We might do a bit of kayaking in some easier bits if I can borrow a boat. We'll see though.
