please, if you're in london, try your darndest to get a table at Bacchus in Hoxton. I think it's called molecular gastronomy, or Sous Vide. They call it fine dining in trainers. Whatever the words, it was quite simply the SEXIEST piece of salmon I have ever had...Bar...NONE. Our cocktails foamed, our wine answered all of life's little mysteries, and I can't can't can't WAIT to go back.
They have a tasting menu, 9 courses I think, with wine. I need it in my belly ASAP!
